Nikola Tesla
Bust Unveiled in New York on
January 28, 2007
On Sunday, January 28, 2007, the Nikola Tesla Bust was unveiled in Manhattan, New York. The bust was unveiled in front of St. Sava Cathedral on 25th Street & Broadway in New York. The Nikola Tesla Bust was donated by HRH Princess Jelisaveta Karadjordjevic, Dr. Maria Vra Cedrel, Dr Mirjana Sovilj and Dr. Svetlana Djokovic. The sculptor of the bust is known artist Marina Zivic.
The Tesla Memorial Society of New York is very grateful to the ladies who donated and brought the Nikola Tesla Bust from Belgrade to New York: HRH Princess Jelisaveta Karadjordjevic, Dr. Maria Vra Cedrel, Dr Mirjana Sovilj, Dr. Svetlana Djokovic and the sculptor of the bust, known, artist Marina Zivic.
